2012年，主腦吉他手Changchang與貝斯手821組成秘部麻痺，活躍於日本關西的獨立音樂圈。
其音樂性奠基於60年代中期的重迷幻搖滾，並與民族音樂、Drone以及其他數種迷幻樂元素相互撞擊，徹底展現了迷幻搖滾的groove。秘部麻痺與所謂的Stoner Psych與嬉皮音樂劃開界線，透過在演奏間的交互往來，他們既驚悚又攻擊性地擊飛聆聽者的感受。
「Freak Out Orgasm!」是秘部麻痺由英國廠牌Riot Season發行的首張專輯，充滿迷幻色彩。本專輯的製作人為Acid Mothers Temple的河端一，河端一在他們的演奏上，另外加上了民族樂器、電子合成器，更加深了迷幻色彩。「Freak Out Orgasm!」的首版黑膠，在樂迷的熱烈預購反應下，於正式販售日前就銷售一空，受到英國樂迷的注目。
